Complaints process

We take all feedback and complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise it directly with our office — by phone, email or in writing — and we will respond promptly in line with our complaints policy. You can also contact the Care Quality Commission or Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman if you remain dissatisfied.
